রসুন, আদা, পেঁয়াজ, স্টার অ্যানিস, গোলমরিচ, ভাজা রসুন, ভেজিটেবল প্রোটিন

একটি পাত্রে প্রিমিক্স পাউডার নিন এবং ঘন পেস্ট তৈরি করার জন্য অল্প অল্প করে পানি যোগ করুন।

এখন চুলায় একটি প্যানে তেল গরম করুন, একটি ডিম ফেটিয়ে স্ক্র্যাম্বল তৈরি করুন। ডিম স্ক্র্যাম্বল আলাদা একটি পাত্রে রাখুন।

এখন একই প্যানে তেল/মাখন গরম করুন এবং গ্রেট করা সবজি অল্প লবণ দিয়ে উচ্চ আঁচে ভাজুন। ভাজা হয়ে গেলে ডিম স্ক্র্যাম্বল এবং প্রিমিক্স মিশ্রণটি এতে যোগ করুন এবং ১০-১৫ সেকেন্ড রান্না করুন।

এখন ৭০-৮০% পর্যন্ত রান্না করা সেদ্ধ চাল যোগ করুন এবং ভালভাবে নাড়ুন। লবণ চেখে দেখুন এবং চুলা মাঝারি আঁচে রাখুন। আপনি চাইলে মাংসের ঝুড়ি এবং ছোট চিংড়িও যোগ করতে পারেন। রান্না হয়ে গেলে পরিবেশনের আগে সামান্য ঘি যোগ করতে পারেন।
